This is the letter I want to send to a couple of lawyers.. I know It's short and straight forward, but I hope it works. I posted it here first so that every one can tell me if this is the bad or not before I send it... thanks

Sounds really good to me. Short, simple, it gets straight to the point and it tells them your situation and what is going on. Hearing the story again almost made me cry, that is such a horrible thing she did to you. No lawyer would say that there is nothing to do. I'm glad your gonna take some legal action as well. I actually just sent it to about 4 lawyers and I hope I can get something. As far as contact. If that doesn't work, I'll have to make calls.. I didn't want to, seeing as how that takes alot of time.

David, the letter is good and pretty well written.
But you can't sue someone for cheating. there is no such law. and if there is it is probably outdated.
Divorce is the only legal action.

there are infedility (sp)stuff out there, and the abandonment he could go on as well and of course divorce which would be the big one he would have to do them all together.

they are telling me that I have to talk with someone who takes cases in the county that we once lived. I can't find anything...

hmmm try the county next to yours or the next town. They just want someone that lived near you guys so that it would be cheaper rather getting someone that is farther away. Or at least that's what I think and it makes sense to me. good luck hun I got ur back
