Haha, luckily it's more like, "This is Jeff, what do you need?" - it's all internal helpdesk stuff, thank god.

Very nice. My job just sort of ballooned to encompass phone support... annoying, when I thought I'd escaped.

I find SoBe Power is my wakey-wakey drink of choice. Gas station attendants always want to talk to me about energy drinks when I buy them, so I tell them that SP makes a great "road beverage"; from the first sip, it wakes me up to my surroundings, but it doesn't have that high-caffeine jitter.
