This could provide useful information to determine how the other EDF members interact..... Then I can determine if any of them could be classified as "friends" or "coworkers"

Hm....A celebration in a foreign country should provide interesting cultural foods....... Sounds like fun.

Oh, definitely. Tanabata festivals always have more kinds of food than is possible to eat.

Well, everybody has different tastes, but I suggest the takoyaki. I've yet to have takoyaki at a Tanabata festival that wasn't good!

It's an old holiday in the United States of America. Lots of food and controlled explosions; a bit crude, but charming in its own way.

Of course, we're looking forward to Tanabata here. I'll help you shop for a yukata if you'd like.
