Yeah, I'm not sure how in touch Blaine is with his own heart. He totally goes along with the date, believing it will be enough for him to have the person he loves with him for twenty-four hours, and then lose that forever. In no universe does that end well. Thank you for reviewing!

My heart weeps for poor Blaine. Selfless giving can be draining and can run dry at some point. Been there done that. I see your Kurt/Blaine as canon Kurt/Blaine (except for the main plot difference). I still feel horrible at the image of Blaine curling into himself, wanting to disappear after Kurt shows off the kilt in their basement and tells Blaine he doesn't have to go to prom with him if the kilt makes him uncomfortable.

Liked how you tried to lift Blaine out his abject misery in this chapter.

It's cool that you see such similarities between my Klaine and The Klaine. I'm more used to reviews telling me how different they are. I SO want the show to go deeper into Blaine's back story, because the stories we've all heard so far are heartbreaking and angst goldmines. And Darren can totally pull it all off! I didn't realize that I'd started loving Blaine so much until it dawned on me (three chapters in...) that Blaine is my main character. I'm used to it being Kurt. Surprise! Thank you for reviewing.
