Hrrmmmm.

I keep bringing up LJ and staring at it, trying to will myself to type something...and then I get distracted and forgetful, and I close it--not feeling it, or just plain not remembering what I was going to say.

Friday was the big annual Church Rummage sale they have down in "old" downtown every year. Last year I didn't find much, but this year was much better. Zack & I managed to find:

-Season 5 of The Simpsons (Ah, back when the show was really good.) This shocked us the most because we found it during the "last call, fill a bag for a set price" part of the sale. XD
-a Canonet 28 camera (with a carrying case, but the case was so messed up, I had to toss it)
-some wood picture frames to decorate for my Etsy shop (I've already finished one, you can see it here :D)
-a couple of small picture frames for myself (including a cute star-shaped one & one that was covered in rainbow fur, lol. I'll have to take a pic of it later XD)
-some comics to cut up
-a roll of plain pastel pink wrapping paper, and a roll of lavender paper (for wrapping gifts and/or packages)
-a couple of vintage coffee mugs
-some 80s Care Bears fabric
-a pink Cinderella pillow case (don't judge, man, it was freakin' cute)
-some random Valentine's Day stuff because I love Valentine's Day stuff
-a panel of Charlie Brown fabric (I want to try to make something with it for Zack's mom for xmas, as she LOVES Charlie Brown/Snoopy)
-a vintage train case that I'm thinking of decoing like ala what I did with the manga frame above)
-huge Wizard of Oz magnet

All for ridiculously cheap, which was nice...I was worried that since last year, they'd hiked up their prices REALLY high it'd be the same this time around, but I guess they got a lot of complaints (which was understandable). I still spotted a few things that were priced kind of weirdly...like a cute vintage tablecloth I saw covered with strawberries (so cute!) that was priced at $10?! But the vintage camera I got was less than $5? Yeah...that makes a lot of sense. :|a

Zack actually had the weekend off, so we spent it together being rather lazy and it was pretty great. We watched all of that Simpsons box set and now we're watching the season 6 box set that I already owned (which, incidentally, I found at a Goodwill in WA for $3 XD;;)

Today I was pretty productive: I added more stuff to my etsy shop, did the laundry, swept the kitchen, worked out, had a shower, and even made curry for dinner.

Though I'm feeling kinda meh now and I'm not entirely sure why? Maybe it's just this headache I've had for the past hour or so, I dunno. I tried editing the review podcast ep for Anime Nostalgia for Revolutionary Girl Utena, but I was about ready to just chuck the whole thing & start over because I kinda hate it. (I always feel like I'm like....really too stupid to properly talk about Utena, because it's just one of those series that has so many layers and stuff and I'm just like "DURR HOW I TALK ABOUT ALL DIS WITHOUT SOUNDING LIEK A MORON") Zack assures me that I'm probably just being over-critical, so I'm gonna finish editing it and let him listen to it first and see what he thinks before I chuck it and start all over. ;P

Ehhh. I dunno where I was going with this now, heh. Maybe it's time for bed.
Sorry for this post being so all over the place. More later.

crafty, blowing money, podcasting is serious business, remember when the simpsons didn't suck?, i just don't know, pimpin'
