Man, I feel like LJ gets more and more dead every time I check my flist. Even some of the communities I used to see post frequently seem to have dried up substantially. I guess LJ is finally coming full-circle--when I started blogging/journaling, I had maybe 2 friends who were also on here. Over time, I've met so many different people through LJ (

I won't give up my LJ either. It's funny you mentioned the FB connection. The few people here that I still keep in touch with are also on Facebook.

For your shop, I'd think maybe some Adventure Time things. The merch seems to be really hot right now. I want it ALL! LOL!

I'm glad to hear you didn't give up on the 365 project. I noticed you hadn't posted pictures in a while and I felt bad because you got ME into doing it.

I have had one or two Adventure Time pieces in there that've sold! I just feel like Adventure Time is something that really everyone's doing, so I don't want that to be an automatic fallback, y'know? XD;; I might try doing some characters I haven't done yet, though. We'll see!

YES, I knoooooow, I was like "gawd, I hope people don't think I just totally gave up on it!" I have so many to upload, I really do need to work on it some more. I edited a whole bunch last week, even!

Twitter is great, but I feel like if I don't CONSTANTLY keep up with it, I might miss something important from a friend...and that makes me feel kinda weird? I dunno. I love Twitter, but right now my phone's turned off to save money for xmas and such, so I don't feel as connected to it at the moment. And I miss reading more details about the things going on in friends' lives, I guess.

I never stopped visiting LJ but I have no idea what to say anymore. orz I want to do another post for the purposes of "hey be my friend here too!" but just never get it done. It sucks that LJ is terrible now and to me all of the alternatives that everyone splintered to aren't any better. :P I dunno about you but I feel like none of them are a good fit for me. I just end up posting on Facebook cos that's where everyone else is and tumblr because I'll have gifs or fandom images I want to post.

It seems like on tumblr the right person needs to see your stuff or it just never catches on. Maybe try things with different tags? Your posts look like they're tagged well so I dunno. :

Yeah! I've been trying to mess around with different tags to see if that helps, but it's hard when Tumblr's search engine only counts your first 4 tags (which I think is total bullllllshit). :/ I've been considering looking for series-specific blogs to try to submit stuff to, but it's hard to know where to look sometimes x___x
