It was nice for someone to do this. I enjoy Valentines even though I'm not particularly romantic (I don't think).

Can't eat chocolate this time around due to tummy troubles, but that's a perfect "silver lining" for those more challenged in finding them.

Derp, forgot to add, I hope you and yours had a happy one as well. That was a nice shot of the cats snuggling a while back.

I like Valentine's Day, but then again it's an excuse for cute pink and red frilly things with hearts, an excuse to profess love to friends, and also my parent's anniversary! So maybe I'm just odd. XD I don't always associate it with romantic or sexy love. I think of it as a celebration of all sorts of love and stuff like that~

But I know some people totally hate it, and I can understand the reasons. So I don't take it seriously if people are like "FUCK VALENTINE'S DAY!!!11" lol.

Awww, that's a shame! I love chocolate. Is it the cocoa that you can't stand? Does white chocolate do the same? I have friends who're allergic to chocolate but can still have white chocolate. :D

heehee, glad you liked it! Those kitties, I swear, they're too cute sometimes ♥

Oh, but it's so dull.

Everyone is like "eff v-day" and what about all the other phoney-baloney stuff like the superbowl to prom to christmas to birthdays? EVERYTHING is commercial. Fashion. Popstars. Celeb gossip. You never hear people bitching about the "obligation" to get wasted on St. Pats. lol. So yeah, I get a kick out of being that reality check.

Really, people need stop being so very dull in a lot of ways, it's a lot of the problem. Bitch, bitch, bitch. *yawn*

Re: Chocolate. Because I'm being super careful about eating acidic things, I'm avoiding chocolate, but I still totally love it even if I'm not eating it at the moment.

Yeah, I agree. Every holiday and celebratory event in life is commercialized so I dunno why V-day gets so much crap. I know some people call it "Single Awareness Day", but couldn't every holiday be called that, too? Since most people spend holidays with their partners. *shrug* I dunno. I liked V-day when I was single and still do now that I'm not.

Ah, that makes sense. I know it'd be hard for me, I love Chocolate. I don't eat it nearly as much anymore now, though, so it's a special treat. :3
