Summary: This should have been posted months ago... well better late than never
It was a one quiet morning and Shige was alone with his thoughts, thinkign how life would have been if he hadn’t been an idol, if he hadn’t met the people he knew would life still be epic? Then Shige’s eyes wondered around the room and his eyes fell on the frames displayed on the corber table... If he hadn’t met her would he feel the same if it were another person?
Shige’s eyes shot open as if waking up from a nightmare, he looked around the room and felt something was not right. He then noticed the frames he was looking at were gone, the knicknacks that made his house feel home were gone too. He immediately thought his home was robbed but thought otherwise when he saw the valuable things were still there. He then felt the need to check his room as well as children’s room. What he found at his room was just his things, no signs of his wife’s belongings and at the children’s room he found none. It was empty. It was cold. Now he felt panic invading his system and started dialling Koyama’s number.
“Kei! Is Sarah there?!”
“Shige, you need not to shout know”
Shige chose to ignore the later
“Sarah, is she there? Are the kids there?”
“Who the heck is Sarah? And who’s kids are you talking about? Shige! Are you not telling me something?!”
“Kei this is not the time to joke about things. I’m asking you if my wife and kids are there! Their things are gone, not even trace of them living here can be---“
“Look Shige, I don’t even anyone named Sarah and I’m pretty sure you’re not married unless you hid it from which i hope you didn’t cause i am going to strangle you for not telling”
“Kei, I’m not joking. I need to find them---“
“Shige, are you sure you’re alright? You didn’t bump your head into something right?”
“No...”
“Good. Now get yourself a cold shower or something to clear your messed up head and while you’re at it leave me in peace.”
Then Koyama hung up.
What the heck is happening? He thought then decided to take a breather. He took a walk and passed by a news stand, he gave a quick glance at the date of the newspaper its still the same day,month and year which made everything till now all the more confusing. Shige kept wondering what wrong with everybody, he called his other friends if they’ve seen sarah or kids, but the answer is still the same; ‘Who’s Sarah?’ he was so preoccupied with his thoughts the he didn’t see he person in front of him.
“Sorry I didn’t... Sarah?”
The person infront of him just raised an eyebrow then said. “ How did you know name? And who are?”
“Oh come on Sarah, how could you forget about me? I’m your husband”
“You sure are something mister, having the guts to call yourself my husband”
“But I am! You’re KATO SARAH right? And I’m KATO SHIGEAKI so doesn’t that mean something?!” exclaimed Shige getting irritated by the minute
“I don’t care whothe hell you are and how the fuck you got my name but let me say this, having the same surname doesn’t equate to s being husband and wife!”
“But...” Shige was about to argue back, but stopped when he saw a man coming at their direction with the same built as his, with same demeanor even.
“Hon, let’s go?” said the guy then wrapped an arm around her shoulder and looked and Shige “Who’s he?”
She then gave Shige a knowing look then replied “Oh he’s just asking me directions. So anyway let’s go.”
The she left with the unknown man that made Shige stood like a gaping fish at their wake.
When he got home, he felt that everything turned for the worst. His wife clearly doesn’t know him, and who the heck was THAT GUY. Once again he’s alone with his thoughts. He didn’t realize that he sat back on the chair he was sitting on that morning, and slowly his eyes were closing and he’s off to dreamland.
“Papa! Papa!” a voice kept yelling that he later recognied as his daughter’s
‘Himiko! Himiko where are you?!’
“Papa! Papa!” the voice getting louder
‘Himiko! Baby tell me where are you!’

“PAPA-KUN!!!!!!!!!!” yelled Himiko to top of her lungs as she tries to wake up her father
“HIMIKO!” yelled Shige then open his eyes to see his bewildered daughter looking at him. In that instant he hugged her tight and said. “I thought i lost you”
“Papa - kun we just went shopping! See i even got you a present!” said Himiko
“Shige what’s gotten into you? Screaming like that” said Sarah as she came into the room with little Yuya
“Papa, can you let go of me now? I can’t feel body”
“Oh sorry baby”
Making sure she can feel evry part of her little body working, she rummaged throug the bag she was holding and got a huge button pin with their family portrait on it
“Look Papa we have a new picture to display” then she turned her attention to her brother “Ne ni-chan let find a place to display this” and with that she dragged her brother out of the room.
Meanwhile, Sarah took a sit beside her husband
“So what happend while we’re gone”
“I... I love you Sarah. And i’ll make sure you won’t forget me” he then gave her a kiss on the lips
“You really have gotten the habit to answer my questions with a kiss huh?”
“Do you want me to answer you in another way?”
“Use words. They come quite useful”
“But you know, they say actions speak louder than words. And i chose my body to do the talking”
“Goodness Shige, its too early!”
“Nothing is too early”
