she was only asking if you were dating, because it's an obvious follow-up question upon hearing that you two went to prom together

i think she knew something was up... because she was like "i can sense these things" and when i denied it, she was like are you sure now? what do you consider dating? lol

omg linh i am so happy because i think this is like a good start... because even though it might be hard to tell your parents, don't you want to be able to be open and honest with them and just have them accept you and be able to share your happiness with you? i just realized that that just sounds super corny, but oh well ummm it's true.

thanks becky! yeah i want to be able to tell my parents and i want them to be accepting... but i dont think that will happen... so idk. i really am leaning towards telling them tho...

uhhh i think you just over reacted. coming from a vietnamese family myself, i can assertively add that all my relatives ask if my dance dates are my girlfriends. its a pretty normal thing.

lol thanks sam, but she was so sure i was! it was scary. but maybe i overreacted?? i tend to do that sometimes... lol you missed my grad party!!
