Both my mother and I get what we call stress rashes, among other stress-related physical symptoms. The worste was when my grandfather was dying. I had a rash that spread like a blanket along my upper thighs and legs, across my stomach and it started popping up on my neck and arms which freaked me out added to the stress further bc I so did not want it to fuck up my tattoos. The rash was hot and raised up and itchy as all hell. If you put your hand on my leg you could feel the heat of the rash through my jeans. Taking a shower was as relieving as it was painfull. Even with much steroids and some cream tratment or other it still tooks a few weeks to go away. It was one of the worst medical experiences of my life. My doctor said the real cure is to remove myself from the source of stress. I was like 'OK. That's not going to happen'. So it became a 'grin and bear it' sort of situation.

Hope you start to feel better soon.

I love how doctors tell you to just remove the source of the stress. It's that easy! And you'll be all better!
