Okay so there is a good reason that I am writing about inter-faith marriage today, I swear. And by inter-faith I intend a broad understanding of the term, including not only faith traditions which are quite dissimilar, but also those which include members of a tradition and individuals with an agnostic or atheist faith background. Inter-Faith can be very important or not important depending on the Faiths. For example, I could see myself marrying quite a few religious or non religious people... at the same time! No, just kidding... but seriously, I could see myself marrying someone who disagreed with me religiously. But if they thought I was going to hell... it'd be more difficult. So it depends on the nature of the disagreement ( ... )

Thanks for your two cents ;) I really do like to hear other people's thoughts about this stuff, and I think what you are saying regarding the fruits of a person is really important to keep in mind. Sometimes I feel like it is easier to see that when you think you know where someone is coming from, but then I realize that saying something like that is a cop-out... as an optimist (for better or worse) I believe there is a whole bunch of good in everyone, and that often times we just have our blinders on to it. As long as we can keep our eyes on what really matters ,ie the heart of aperson, I think that you are rihgt on target that things can work.
