The thing is, I used to really feel sickened by street people and it would break my heart. I'd give them any change I had or any food I had on me. Then, while living in TN, my friend Jon hiked [not hitchiked, he's such a wilderness boy] from NJ down to TN to pay me a visit. He stayed with me and my boyfriend for about a month but then the boyfriend wasn't having that [possessive Sag alert] and I gave my friend what money I had as left to take residence at a homeless shelter
