A Day of Thoughts and Reflections

What does a solitary man write about come first thing in the morning?  Well, the sun is shining and there's nothing but blue sky out there, very nice.  I won't be going out though as this is a Bank Holiday Monday and this is the last day I have to relax before heading back to work tomorrow. It's a day of television and reading and these two things

I like this post and your previous one as well. I haven't been on this site for a long time but after a kind of 'episode' today, I decided to check back in, to see if I could relate to anyone, because I have in the past been reassured by similar-thinking people here! I have generally accepted myself as being a very introvert sort of personality and just doing what I enjoy, even if that doesn't involve socialising. At work I also just try and do my job the best I can, but don't talk to other staff much really, so some people probably do consider me to be quite aloof. But when I do speak they realise it's not the case at all, and I am quite friendly. I just don't tend to initiate conversation! Also, accepting that 'negative' feelings are part of life and that they usually pass has also been something I have come to realise...only the negativity kind of overwhelmed me today! So thanks for writing this and enabling me to relate and to remember that life does go on :)
