You know what really pisses me off about the people at my middle school? How completely shallow they can be. There are wars, poverty, and people dying out there in the world and all they can talk about is who stuffs their bra!!! no but seriously i know exactly what you're talking about. i'm one of the ones that didnt get "boobs" till late 7th grade (yeah im proud to admit it) and it was retarded because my friends made fun of me, but whatever.
and i definatly know how the whole implants thing goes. my mom got them. yeah. my mother. at age 45 got a boob job. and now she goes around flaunting them. no joke. she freaking flashes people at family reunions. i'm assuming i got her small boobs and im proud.

I have a friend who is obsessed with her D cup boobs and talks about them constantly and it gets very old very fast.

Dont worry middle school everyones boobs are small, and everyone is stupid and talks about bra stuffing lol, but they'll be like omg i was so dumb in middle school. So yes be happy with your boobs haha and your right about when your 19 thats when their like fully developed anyway!! but yeah lol have fun with that!
