Today we had a moment of silence for Mitch. Someone told a Mitch joke and it just sort of brought the mood of the room down. It's strange, but I just find it really upsetting that he's dead.
Well, let that be a lesson on the dangers of excess or something...

Mitch Hedberg was a comedian that my cousin introduced me to and I introduced to all my friends who passed him along, and he helped to define a part of our high school experience and we all went to see him the summer before we all left and all the UF kids and UCF kids came home for it, and he rescently died in his sleep probably OD, but nobody is saying anything yet.
