maybe a dumb question

I know cocaine can cause really nasty infections in your nose, but does anyone know of some of the warning signs that it's coming? Nosebleeds? How frequently would one have to use cocaine to get such infections? Are there different infections you can get, or just the one?

the only thing i can think of is that your nasal membrane or something deteriorates, causing your nose to lose its shape and look weird as fuck.
