Longest deployment I did was UAE, but it was only 78 days. I remember getting sick of movies, like you did. I ended up having to change my "clique"... and that probably wasn't too far from becoming anti-social altogether [eventually]. But man, you actually seem to be going decent at this stage. A whole year... that would be fucking brutal on a pussy like me. Anyways, keep up the exercise.
