October's Fall Into Darkness Festival at Berbati's is shaping up nicely. I'm hoping that my band with Jaime and Twayn can get 4 or 5 songs ready by then so I can try to land us an opening slot (we're pretty sludge-y).

Need to pick up some Electric Wizard...heard stuff on Pandora that I really liked.
Also got the first and the last albums by BIGELF and they are a lot of fun. Sort of like Jellyfish meets Black Sabbath, but that doesn't really do them justice. Really fantastic though.
Also picked up my first Sunn O))) CD which is called Black1. Haven't listened to it yet, but it's got a couple Black Metal guys on it that I've been listening to lately (Leviathan and Xasthur) so I thought I'd give it a shot.
