thanks eveyone for the advice. But i have a new problem that is i dont know how to put pictures on my live journal from my e-mail please some one tell me how to do this.

go to www.photobucket.com and upload your pictures onto that site, and then post the html that they give you into your journal.

the first thing you have to do is get a server for your photos. photobucket.com is the best but webshots.com will work as well. then you have to enter a code:

nike webshots is shitty it only works if you have the picture cashed.... so since its your picture you already have it in you cache and you will always see it, but if somone else is looking at your journal 9 times out of 10 webshots blocks the picture so all they get is the red X. thought you already knew this man.
