it can be depending on whom is pedaling, but i used to ride on handlebars, and have people ride on mine all the fricken time. my dad used to have me ride pretty much on the handle bars
(more on the gas tank.) on his motorcycle all the time when i was super young. unless he was drunk it wan't scary at all, infact i loved it.
