I haven't seen this movie but reading about it, I can't imagine it actually having dialogue. It seems like everything happens in exaggerated silence, with lots of hats blowing away in the wind and big-eyed women mugging at the camera.

If you haven't seen it I'd recommend checking out A Very Long Engagement. It's the only other of Tautou's movies I've seen but she gets considerably more to work with in it and I thought it was very good.
