They probably wouldn't let him in, because Canada is afraid of the US, and I don't blame them.
The US is currently working on extraditing Marc Emery from Canada so they can charge him with selling pot seeds, which carries a possible LIFE SENTENCE with it.
& He never sold anything in the US.

I wouldn't let us in either.
