I don't know if this is what you intended, but to me, I interpret that as someone who is hiding all of their fears and demons, but it gets so lonley isolating the soul, that they are ready to share their secrets with someone. It took my breath away. Gorgeous. One of your best, I think.

youre a wonderful poet my friend. i miss our days of sitting and drinking coffee. listening to you play. i guess there are some things new york cant offer me. miss you tons. hope law school is going well. glad youre enjoying it more. i graduate this week. scary!
