the subjects of your stories seem to just be stereotypical hollywood-esque insanity. c'mon man, you've gotta be more creative than that.

Hollywood-esque? I appreciate honesty friend but just saying something because you think it soons cool is not, cool that is. There is nothing 'hollywood-esque' about my stories. You obviously don't know what you're talking about and are merely trying to be rude, which makes you a sad person. So go away forever please I don't like people who don't have a clue about what they are saying. You are diss-invited from my journal please don't post again in the future or in reply to this post. Thank you for your time in reading (or at least pretending to) my stories and I'm sorry you're clueless.

first off, "friend", i am not saying it to be rude. i am saying that it has a very stereotypical feel to it. being rude would be saying "u sUcK, dUn LeAvE mE nOtEz"; im giving you feedback. the writing style is fine, but the whole insanity thing is very hollywood-esque.

secondly, dont go around soliciting your little story collection if you dont want people to give you harsh (truthful?) criticism. thats life buddy.

im sorry that i have offended you. i'll make a note-to-self to next time use profanity rather than opinions.

Man what you wrote wasn't an opinion it was an insult. It was brief sentence stating I was a hack and I need to be more creative. I don't want your opinion because you're not being constructive or in depth. And insanity is hollywood?? What's stereotypical? Insanity? What ever man.

what i am trying to say is although you're a fine writer, it feels as if your stories are lacking something. that you need to break away from the norm with them.

and yes, incase you havent noticed, insanity and depression are the big craze. movies, music, tv, its all over the place.

Ok now I am begining to understand what you are driving at, and yes I know I write about insanity a lot. It is something I am looking to deviate from in the future. I still don't see how I can be a fine writer but stereotypical, just because the subject matter is over done or popular doesn't mean anything. Like Stephan King writting about aliens, he still adds somethnig new to it, his own style and inner dialouge that makes the story unique. I refuse to belive that you feel they all lack something, like there should be more to all of them. Anyways I could carry on for quite a while, but I'm not going to.
