Does anyone know how to turn 'post a comment ' from Blocking to anonumous (exuse my spelling) to allowing anonumous reviews , so people without a LJ account can comment

Under Journal click on Manage Comments. On top it'll say Manage Comment Settings and click that. There you can set it up. Hope I helped. :)
