Don't be. I have love/hate relationships with many states. I just happen to be in California more often than the rest of them. And it's really not California's fault. Every once in a while I just hit a wall--tired of motels, airports, cities...rental cars... being away from my damn dog.

Yeah, I can imagine that all that traveling could leave you feeling that way. I know you love your job, but its too bad it didn't require quite so much traveling.
