Hello! Helloooo! I am sorry for the mini-hiatus and me being MIA there for a few months. I had some personal things going on there, but I am back and I bring an April Pic Prompt Post. There they were.
A pair of golden sneakers with wings on the side. They looked completely awesome to Kevin. He grabbed them and hurried to the register to pay, barely wondering how no one else saw them.
"Have a good day!" The cashier said, smile wide and eyes bright as Kevin muttered a, "Thanks" and hurried out the door, bag clutched tight.
The cashier chuckled and disappeared from the spot.

Once home, Kevin closed the door to his bedroom and took out the shoebox from his bag and pulled the sneakers out.
They were beautiful and now his.
Okay, he had a bit of a shoe collection and he could stop anytime, really.
Smiling to himself, Kevin toed off his current pair of sneakers and slipped his new pair on.
