It's °C-ute~ (or C-ute, depending on whether your computer hates funny characters)! Now, if you don't know me personally, you don't know how effin' much I love these kids. Granted, they're all a lot younger than I am, but they were my first H!P kids love and overall, over Berryz Koubou and any other kids H!P unit (like srsly, who cares about The Possible or Tomoiki, when there's °C-ute). Just to put things into perspective, I know all of their songs by heart, listen to the instrumentals and can do all the dances :D. Hell, I loved them before they even debuted and at the time about when their second indies single 'Soku Dakishimete' had been released. But these kids are looking to dethrone MM and Berryz Koubou, if you know what I mean. Most of the members have received a lot of major attention before their debut, due to groups with older H!P veterans such as ZYX with Yaguchi Mari, Aa! with Tanaka Reina (featuring Suzuki Airi as lead on the single when she was just nine), Sexy Otonajan with Fujimoto Miki, as well as the group 4KIDS, which was formed for the MiniMoni movie, and the song 'Samui kara Fuyu da Mon! ~Doumokou mo Naissu yo Mikitty~' on the latest MM mini-album, which features members Okai Chisato and Hagiwara Mai with Fujimoto Miki as lead. All in all, I'd say check them out but then again, I love them, you know. Their music style is more 'cute'-orientated (as their name suggests obvs lololololol), but if you happen to like this flavor of J-pop, you should greatly enjoy them <3.

Also, I will upload the making of their undebuted singles. And I won't upload the close-up version of 'Sakura Chirari' or the making of either. I have the single v, and I won't rip it, sorry.

Massara Blue Jeans
This is °C-ute's first single, which was only released as an indies single, which could be bought at concerts, fan club events and the H!P store (like all other singles up to 'Sakura Chirari'. It's a great single, especially the opening of Kanna shouting/shrieking/screaming (idek how to describe that) 'massara buruu jinzu~~~' and the refrain. Honestly, I think this song is prty swt, because of the sound effects (which you can hear more clearly in the instrumental) and all. It's also the Maimi single up until now. Why do I say Maimi single? Well mainly, because even if Maimi, Airi and Megumi are generally featured as lead vocals, someone has to sing more, rite? So Maimi's voice is kinda..break-y at her big-ass solo part, especially in live performances, but it's okay after a while. Um, so anyway, the PV is nice too. I love the dance choreography lots, because it encourages spazzing <3 (just look at the cap, omg wtf everyone o.o).

Soku Dakishimete
This is by far, my favorite °C-ute single. There are a very few, simple reasons for that: first of all, it's Megumi's single, and I love Megumi, omfg. If you need to know, I still mourn her graduation to concentrate on her studies, wtf was that. Anyway, it features basketball, and Megumi "pwning" basketball (Hey, I can't help that I'm on the basketball team, and that's prty much the A+st thing eva yo). UM, SO YES. I LOVE THE PV, I LOVE THE SONG, I LOVE THE DANCE, GO DOWNLOAD IT ALL, SINCE THEY ALL LOOK BEAUTIFUL WIT PRTY HAIR <3. if you dl just to see megumi show us dat sexy back at the 'sugoi wa~' part, thatskewltooimplodes.

Ookina Ai de Motenashite
Holy shit. Catchy-ass single. This is the one for you, especially if you like Airi's qt voice. But I especially like Kanna's hair and their outfits in the PV, you know? Hell, while I'm writing this about the single and listening to it, I'm dancing more than I'm typing, k. Generally, it's a rly addictive song and I love pink, so y, PV is <3333. can you tell i'm getting tired liek whoa. And actually I was planning on capping the part in the dance where Megumi jumps up like a jack-in-the-box, but the general prettiness of Kanna and Erika convinced me otherwise~ The PV kinda follows the concept of the MM video 'Go Girl ~Koi no Victory~', in the way that during 'Go Girl' the members are saying 'Suki~' or I like you, while the song's playing, and in 'Ookina Ai de Motenashite', the members are all nodding vry approvingly and looking shy, which is them prty much agreeing to go out with the viewer. Tricky little fanservice :D.

Wakkyanai (Z)
So this was °C-ute's first 'original song' that they performed, even before 'Massara Blues Jeans'. Ugh, idek. It's prty overrated, if you ask me, but if it made some ppl like them, that's kewl too. So anyway, there is no PV for this song, because the single was released after 'Ookina Ai de Motenashite' and before 'Sakura Chirari'. But the thing is that since the singles were indies singles and not released majorly, the PVs were always on the Pucchi Best dvds, just there has been no Pucchi Best dvd, since 7, which featured 'Ookina Ai de Motenashite'. But I just uploaded a ~*live*~ performance, which was actually just lip-synched, so prty much same things as a PV, amirite? Yea.

Sakura Chirari
Overall, this has to be the best single, because a) 'Sakura Chirari' is a cute, genre-mixing song, b) the single has a b-side and c) 'JUMP' rocks my effin' socks off. If you hold anything sacred or dear, you must listen to this single. Both 'Sakura Chirari' and 'JUMP' take a little getting used to, but once you do, you'll love them. They grow on you <3. So, all in all, first b-side + nice a-side = awesome ass single, y/y?!? coughs. Anyway, the PV for 'Sakura Chirari' is kinda blah, as I don't like the CG-spaceship or their PV outfits, though the dance is soo cuteeeeeeee and the performance outfits are a lot better. Also, any cap of psycho!Airi and a wtf/scared!Kanna prty much pwns.

ALBUMS AND MINI-ALBUMS
Okay, album tracks now~ 'As ONE' seems rly old-skewl H!P style to me, but I cannot even remember which song I think of when I hear it. I think it takes a lot of getting used to, but the background music is trippy and I kinda like them singing 'As ONE~' a lot. 'YES! Shiawase (°C-ute Ver.)' is actually rly old school music sound-wise, but I think °C-ute pulls it off well, which makes this track worth noting as well <3. 'EVERYDAY YEAH! Katamoi' rly sparkles at me, and idek why. I mean I've tried to resist it, because Mai sings A LOT in it, but I think it's the melody of the song and the performance I've seen. I really recommend this song, especially the performance in their first solo con. 'Time Capsule' is like the mellow track on the album, but still I think it has a lot to it, even if it's rather calm, because that just fits to the song. Probably one of my favorites along with 'EVERYDAY YEAH! Katamoi'. 'ENDLESS LOVE ~I Love You More~' is by far my favorite album track. Check it out, prz. I really like it, lyrically and vocally, and I think the members really shine on this track, though the 'ENDLESS LOVE I LOVE YOU' is really annoying to my ears.

Okay, this is their first solo con. Their real, first solo con, where they actually sang live; and it happens to be Megumi's last performance with °C-ute ;____;. But anyway, good con, overall. I'd have to say that live, Megumi and Erika are the best vocally (well Erika not so much consistently). Maimi is just generally disappointing, imo, especially in her song, the first song 'Massara Blue Jeans', and Airi is..okay, you know, so-so. Generally, it's okay listening to her, but sometimes she can't hit all of the high notes. But omg, she pwns 'First Kiss' so xcoar. Also, I slightly like this version of 'First Kiss', because it's live, and even though Mai sings in it, she sings Miyabi's lines, which are relatively few :DDD. Even better than that was the performance of 'Iku ZYX! FLY HIGH', in which Erika sang lead-ish jkljsbksnklhjm;ljtklygj and Kanna sparkled though she wasn't part of ZYX in the first place. 03 is pretty much a medley of their songs (all 'Short Versions' or like ~15 secs each), and they seem to be lip-synching, so whateva there. But I consider the 10 secs of dancing 'Special Generation' and Megumi singing Miyabi's 'wowowowow yeah~' actually a song, ty <3. 'EVERYDAY YEAH! Katamoi' was actually pretty nice, even though Mai sings a lot, relatively speaking. I would explain the rest of the games and MCs, but I'm rly too tired, so unless someone rlllllly wants it, you'll have to live without it :O.
