Oh i have reasons for hating PCs, it's merely that I'm too lazy to discuss them here.

Publisher (microsoft) and Indesign (adobe) are desktop publishing programs. Publisher is a pain in the ass and makes life difficult for you. InDesign has all kinds of neat functions that do stuff for you and make your stuff look way way way way better with much less effort.
