So.. I'm in Tokyo. And there're so many accents around me that it makes it hard for me to switch around.

And so many people whom I've got virtually no topic in common to talk about with. ;_;

BUT! This is a new day, AND DAMN RIGHT I'M GOING TO GET THROUGH IT! RAWR!

O_O I just remembered the advantage of big old vintage cars, damn it. Once again, mood icon FTW!

Try to stick to a Tokyo accent on your own instead of switching, unless you mean switching your brain to understand? You'll get used to it. (ESL tutor here). Everything is convo topic. Where are you from, how many in your family, what's your favorite: Food, sport, singing group, hobbies, *shakes you* GAME ON, NAT! Smile and nod!

Ganbatte yo!

LOL!!

Actually, it was the accents from all the foreigners there. There're New Zealanders, Americans, Australians and British all around me, and I tend to switch accents when I'm with them..? So, yeah.

It's the whole... "I can't even find a space to cut in" sort of thing. :( But ah well. I'll get used to it. XD

Probably by the time you get used to it, you'll be on your way to your assignment. I hope you got some sleep!

Thank you!! I'm stuck at an internet cafe now until the first train home. I've got another 4 hours to kill, and probably making alot of noise.

Got through orientation, so now just need to get my internet set up back in my backwater home...
