I think it probably happens in every MMO.

There are some pesky bugs at the moment though, like that mission that my smuggler can't complete because the mob keeps resetting.

Honestly, I'd rather they fix the bugs that were increasingly turning Harant into a blue Aladdin Sane and made the game do weird stuff than to have it grind itself into a halt.

Though I'm reading a lot of your post there and thinking, "Was Vizer on before the game went down?"

Don't get me started on "Where's my freaking staff fighting?!" in City of Heroes (a highly anticipated new power set). Oh and the whining about four-hour maintenance times (when Blizzard has maintenance times double that some weeks).

I think this is a feature (not a bug) of every single MMO out there.

My theory is there's some sort of automated chatbot designed to spit out lines like that every thirty seconds that every MMO licenses to create a nice populated serve ambiance...

Though maybe that's for the best. As much as I like Malgus, I like my own boy better, and I suspect I wouldn't like his reaction if he got up at night to get a glass of water and was confronted with a Darth.
