I love this, what a great idea for a story. I must say I kept thinking bloody Hell, these dinners must look well dodgy, so I'm glad you mentioned that Ianto was aware of it, and couldn't think of a way to tell his foster parents without making Jack sound like a paedophile.

I'm really looking forward to seeing how this one plays out.

Hell, I was writing them and wondering what people around them were thinking! But you'll note that most 'inappropriateness' is verbal - I reckon they'd pass off well enough as an older relative taking out his son/nephew/etc for a special occasion. ... Or that's what I was aiming for, anyway! *sheepish grin* But as for telling his foster parents about Jack - definitely a problem there, and it's not coming out for a while yet.
