Personally I would think that it is OK. She may not be here physically, but she is here with us in our hearts and in our thoughts - especially yours. And knowing that she will always be there for you gives you a right to wish her and yourselves a Happy Anniversary coz' she will ALWAYS remain your Onee-chan. And so with that thought I would like to wish you a Belated Happy Anniversary Rosa Hibernica en Bouton Petite Soeur...Always :)

I am really sorry to butt in, but what happened to Moto? If this entry really implied what happened then I am really really sad to hear that, I mean no wonder, I tried to contact her numerous times for these past years because she was a good friend of mine but she never replied my e-mails and I was looking at this community for some nostalgia-ing and then I found this entry.
