She was yelling at a dog she was walking and seemed to be of the "Dogs Respond Well to Humiliation and Abuse" school of thought. I grew up with the 'cuff to the back of the head, and the belt, but they were never abused, and more often than it only the implicit threat of either was enough to put us straight.

What she's doing is unacceptable and should be locked or at least given therapy, before street justice prevails.

I bet if you call in an anonymous tip to social services they will find more than enough evidence to take the kids away. If she is brazen enough to slap the shit out of her kids outside, imagine what she is capable of behind closed doors.
