Freshman orientation starts tomorrow, which mostly reminds me how close I am to graduating. Technically I'm on vacation, but I can't help but feel that I should be doing something. Anything. what did you think of the summer reading book? I wasn't very impressed.

I never read these kinds of books for the "moral" because it's almost always something obvious or trite or useless. I'm just in it for the case studies - so I learned a lot about some different companies and got to see what some neat designs were inspired by. Overall it was a nice set of case studies that I hadn't known about before, which more or less made up for the book being somewhat tedious and pedantic.
