In all honesty...this is what I suggest.

Try cutting out one source of "bad food"...ergo baked goods, or fattening dairy shit, or empty calories, i.e. sugars.

Replace these foods with a healthy amount of fruits and vegetables and try to work out maybe once or twice a week...don't kill yourself, because if you do, you'll still be miserable.

Just make sure whatever you do, you don't try to go cold turkey. Moderation is really important...I love ya baby and do whatever feels right.

okay, here is some of my advice. Drew is right about cutting out bad foods, but that is really hard to do. The main thing is, why do you want to go on a diet? I mean, you physically feel better when you are not "dieting", but eating right. Plus working out can be fun if you find something you like. But you have to really want it for you. And you are doing gymnastics. Don't diet just to look better. You will never be happy that way, trust me, i know. Plus, looking better is subjective. If you want to diet, do it because you want to be healthier and feel better in general. Mr. Francis is right-when you eat right you haved more energy

i think you should do whatever makes you happy,
i know food makes ME happy, so eat it! who cares what others think.
Or, if you DO want to cut back, do just that, dont totally eliminate any food/foodgroup, just eat a smaller amount of each so you still get to eat the yum.
you rule
