I went to see Doubt today. What an incredible movie! I plan to read the book, since I am sure it has so much of what the film simply touched upon, but which I really want to delve into. The cerebral, ethical and spiritual issues that emerge are incredibly meaningful. I would have loved to see it on stage, since it is a very simple work of a couple

One of my co-workers has been raving about Doubt since she saw it a few weeks ago. Reading your entry has made me want to see the movie. You and she come from extremely different backgrounds (she's an unapologetic atheist who has never really been at all religious), but have very similar reactions, especially to the character played by Meryl Streep.
