It's a test. Tests are what allow you to see what needs to be refined. From what I can see, all you need to do is go more WhiteFace (is that really a term?) and go a little bit thinner and smaller on the eye designs. Looking at the pic, they need to be a lot thinner. You may want to go with a different purple for the lips, as it doesn't really stand out against the white like it should. Maybe a shade darker, two at most.
