It's not so much that my mind is a dark and scary place. It's that I sort of revel in reading dark and scary things. Not watching them, but reading them. I can't stand watching horror movies, cause I chicken out. And then, I think up all the horrible nightmares I could possibly have, and wow, I'd make a terrible Winchester.

But... I like dark!Sam.

Not going to spoil you because someone spoiled me for 3 of the biggest plot points and I wanted to wring her neck. But... yeah. My jaw dropped a few times. (And other points, I totally saw coming....)

And with you on Dark fic.... I LOVE Soulless Sam. And Demon Dean? Woah.... yeah. Must have more of that....

I've been really liking the last few episodes, so I'm pretty excited. (And thanks for the vague nature of your comments. :D)

Soulless Sam is just sort of awesome. The crunch-ups and the creepy creepy smiles full of blood, rawr.

I find that I really like the demon Dean fics that were written before season 4 aired (even though as I general rule I prefer fics with Cas in them). I think because I really like Boy King idea and Dean being his henchman, partner, confidante, enabler, etc., but all that got completely overwhelmed by the vessel thing. Which while angsty and cool and epic, it wasn't really Sam in control and being evil. And Dean being put back together by Cas and just not having really any lingering effects from Hell (save nightmares) made Hell just not seem that ...I don't know, scary. /end ramble
