I like to think that people are buying assault weapons because they feel he will ban them during his administration. People are nuts, though. Don't worry, not all of us white people are nuts.

Yeah, I kinda figured as much. You can never have too many assault rifles, right? o.O This doesn't surprise me that this is taking place in Texas either.

I know not all white people are nuts ;) But thank you for that reassurance! HAHA...

lol I love this post. Look at all those "good ole boys" lining up to buy the same firearms that they can purchase at Wal-Mart.

Thanks again for all of your pics and stuff that highlighted your personal experience from Tuesday night. Epic.

They prolly went there b/c Wal-Mart was all sold out! HAHA...

Thanks for checking out my stuff, it means a lot. I feel kind of like I'm ramming it down people's throats here...LJ is becoming increasingly more wack by the day.

I heard an NPR show about this...people think that Obama will reinstate the assault riffle ban, so are stock piling.

That's convenient. So there will be enough on hand when they wage a full-on attack, no doubt. That's all an assault rifle is for, they can miss me with that self-defense crap. Handguns are for self defense. Assault rifles are for taking people out under the radar.

I dont know how assault rifle really constitutes under the radar.

Meaning that a handgun requires fairly close range and a steady hand to fire with any accuracy, whereas you can fire an assault rifle from a tall building hundreds of yards away w/o anyone catching on until it's too late.
