So I use to be really active at the gym and had lost about 20lbs then I got pregnant with G. All workouts stopped. I had G and in the process tore/sprain/strained/etc my abs. About 2 months ago I decided to try to slowly workout again. Due to the kids and work I only get to the gym maybe once a week. Sometimes I am lucky and go more. I also started ( Read more... )

Congrats!! I hope to get back to where I was 2 years ago, when I'd lost just over 50 pounds. Since I moved away from Long Island I stopped losing weight, maintained for a lonmg time, then this year started to gain from stress eating and not enough exercise (especially due to not being able to get to the gym because the car doesn't work!). I've gained almost all that I lost back. Gotta get serious again!
