Snow

Normally having a bout of insomnia is a bad thing... but it's really nice to see the sun slowly come up, just as it starts to snow. It's been snowing here since about 5:30, so as you can imagine... everything has a nice thick layer of white.

We're going to venture out with the cameras.... so expect lots of photos later on :)

I've been up since 7 too - is indeed very pretty - just drove to station, which involved taking a very large amount of snow off the car - not sure we've had this much snow for quite a while actually... and I was supposed to be going to the cricket club today too :S

I've just got up and all we have here is a small sprinkling on the windscreens of the cars. We had a complete blanket a couple of weeks ago but that only lasted a day.

It's now 3pm and almost all the snow has gone. At least we got to stomp about in fresh, crisp snow this morning :)

I was woken by the neighbours, saw the snow and jumped out of bed with a view to taking some photos unforunately the camera has broken since I last used it (Jan 1st?) and created these really bizarre photos.

Went and bought a new camera but snow was all melted before I got home ;-(
