So this year is kinda turning out ... oddly? putting it into words is kind of strange actually. I mean, im glad to be back in Santa Cruz (VERY glad to be back) but part of me wants to go back home and prey that everything just fixed itself. I miss my family again, and things back home could totally use me there as a buffer. With out me all hell

yeah, I know what you mean, although I had it a lot worse last year in terms of family drama. we should have another one of our random late night trips to the beach with blankets and fresh tortilla chips, I miss that.
