Yeah, cubicle jobs aren't the best, but hey - it keeps money in your pocket and gives you a regular schedule so you can actually have free weekends to concentrate on things you like to do (like being creative), and develop skills for the career you would like to have

I'm sorry things are so hard. Give yourself some time to adjust. Moving is one of the most painful things to do to yourself and you need time to settle in.

Hopefully you can find a job with coworkers that you can more or less tolerate. There will always be bad apples, but hopefully you'll find something tolerable if not wonderful.

Thank you, the comments very very helpful. I just need to suck it up, and I also need to make some decisions about what I want to do and where I want to go. I miss my friends. I miss D.

Hey - just remember it's good to have friends in many places. That way, you always have a place to stay and an excuse to travel. :)
