YOU HAVE NO CLUE!
military weapons are KEY TO FREEDOM. the righ tto keep and bear arms is NOT about hunting, OR self defense, it's about the PEOPLE having the power.
anyways, does making my friend have only a laser site, high capacity magazine and bayonet on his ar-15 (semi auto m-16) make you safer then if he had a laser site, high power scope, high capacity magazine and a bayonet on his gun?
the assault weapon ban is basically about "cool looking features"
remember, they will NEVER take away our hunting rifles. they will call them SNIPER rifles first.
an unarmed populous makes it so much easier for a military dictator to take control, an armed populous can NEVER be defeated,(look at iraq) they must willingly disarm themselves like the jews did before they all got sent to death camps
murder was around LONG BEFORE guns were invented. hell, look at africa where million have died from machetes.
