i want to make and trade mixtapes so often and the communities for that[ie: emomixtape, indiemixtape, etc] are awful and dead. so, i made my own: traffic_jam and hope that its active and fun.

do you have any idea of how you want to trade mixtapes? did you just want to have a free for all, or maybe do a gift exchange? like... every one or two months you could write all the names of traffic jam members and drop them in a hat or whatever, then draw to see who gets to make a tape for whom?

then you could tell each individual who they have to make a mixtape for, and they could refer back to the intro posts to see what the interests are of the person they have to make a tape for.

i was thinking anyone could make a mixtape, post the tracklist and then whoever wanted it could ask for it/offer a trade/etc.

kind of a free for all thing.
