My starting image:


1. Crop your image to 100 X 100. If image is dark, duplicate and set to screen. Play with the opacity to get the tone you want.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO COPY THE FOLLOWING EXACTLY. DON'T BE AFRAID TO PLAY AROUND WITH THE SETTINGS TO YOUR LIKING.

2. Layer >> New Adjustment layer >> Selective coloring.

Reds: 100, 67, 100, 7
Cyans: -57, -10, -100, 0
Blues: 26, 57, 47, 41
Neutrals: 7, -2, 0, 0




3. Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >> Selective coloring.
Reds: -12, -4, 0, 0
Cyans: 63, 100, 65, 100




4. Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >> Curves.
RGB:
Input: 122
Output: 146

Blue:
Input: 102
Output: 120

Input: 226
Output: 178




5. Layer >> New Fill Layer >> Solid Color:
Fill with #252162. Set to exclusion at 40%.




6. Layer >> New Fill Layer >> Solid Color:
Fill with #8FB1CA. Set to color burn at 30%.




7. Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >> Curves.
