why be you whining? you're getting an extra grade point. Calculus is MUCH easier then pre-cal

I'm sure you'll get through calculus. And at least math credits aren't required for senior year, if you want to think of it that way. If you do well, take the AP test, maybe you'll get out of some courses in college. I somehow doubt you intend to take much math there.

And if you don't quite manage, oh well. At least you'll have experience that'll help you get through a college calc course. Either way, it helps, and I doubt it could hurt.

Plus, I'll be helpful.
