Before I hit submit, I always copy what I just typed and paste it into a word document. If I'm fearful for my computer, I save the word document as "todays_day_for_this_post.txt". My mom lost 4 massive e-mails she spent hours typing when Yahoo e-mail decided to time out on her. I finslly got her into the habit of copy, paste, save, then hit submit.
