I did have a very good friend from high school who went there. My main memory is that she found psychedelic mushrooms growing on the ground outside her dormroom window. I know it's good credentials-wise... it's in Tacoma, but at least in the early-90's it was an ok part of Tacoma that it was in. I seem to remember I saw the Refreshments open for the Gin Blossoms there on campus once in a pretty small hall too. Good times.
